Michele Hovermale is the Director of Records & Information Management at Baxter International Inc. and an experienced information governance professional specializing in risk assessment, compliance mitigation, and process improvement within regulated industries. Having held leadership positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and KPMG, Michele developed strategic programs for both national and international firms, demonstrating expertise in records management and information governance. Currently consulting through Hovermale Enterprises, Michele applies skills in change management and business process improvement to enhance enterprise content management. Michele holds a BSBA in Administrative Management and a JD from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
