Michelle Hester

Michelle Hester is a Principal Human Factors Engineer at Baxter International Inc., where they are currently employed. They previously held positions as a Senior Product Designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios and as a Principal Human Factors Researcher at Motorola Solutions. Michelle's experience includes several roles at Baxter, including Senior Human Factors Engineer and Human Factors Engineer, as well as various academic positions, including Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Idaho and the University of Central Florida. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
