Mike Acton

Mike Acton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Baxter International Inc., Mike has previously held significant positions at AbbVie, including Director of Engineering for North Chicago Manufacturing and Associate Director of Global Facilities & Utilities. In addition, Mike has served as a Chemical/Process Engineering Consultant at Fusion Integrated Solutions, LLC, and progressed through various engineering leadership roles at Procter & Gamble. Mike holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, both from Florida State University.
