Mike Adam

Mike Adam is a seasoned professional in executive compensation with over two decades of experience at Baxter International Inc., currently serving as Senior Director of Executive Compensation. In this role since July 2002, Mike oversees the design and review of executive compensation plans and manages equity programs, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Previous positions include Director of Executive Compensation, where responsibilities encompassed policy development, Board material preparation, and equity administration.
