Miri Kim is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. While serving as Senior Brand Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, Miri successfully reversed negative brand sales, significantly impacting the Consumer Health Division's profitability. At Bayer, Miri advanced to Head of Digital & Commercial Excellence, overseeing multiple teams and launching innovative digital marketing initiatives that achieved outstanding conversion rates. Subsequent roles included leadership positions in digital and portfolio management at Organon Korea, where Miri developed a new business model focused on digital activation for established portfolios. Currently, Miri serves as Marketing Director at both Vantive and Baxter International Inc., managing substantial revenue streams in the kidney business. Miri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese and Chinese Literature from Jeonbuk National University, an MBA from Aalto University, and a marketing diploma from North Sydney Institute of NSW TAFE.
