Nancy Herman, CPA, currently serves as Director of Finance UCAN Accounting and Director of Global Process Owner - A2R at Baxter International Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Nancy held several positions at GE Aviation from January 2009 to May 2021, including Aviation Closing & Reporting Controller and Senior Operational Controller - Financial Close, where responsibilities included overseeing global consolidation processes and leading process improvement projects. Nancy also played a key role in the R2R initiative, successfully implementing HFM as the book of record for GE Aviation. Prior experience includes roles at EY as an Audit Manager, Forethought Financial Group, Inc. as an Investment Manager, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Staff Associate. Nancy holds a BS in Accounting from Ball State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
