Natasha Rees

Natasha Rees is a driven and enthusiastic Business Unit Head for UK, Ireland, and Nordics at Baxter, overseeing a $500 million P&L and leading a team of 60. With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, they have transitioned from a scientific research background to the commercial medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Natasha is also involved as a board member for ABHI and serves as a sponsor for the Baxter Multicultural Network, showcasing their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to Baxter, Natasha held various leadership roles at companies including Verathon and Systagenix, contributing to significant sales achievements and team development. They earned a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
