Neil Blauvelt

Neil Blauvelt is currently the Director of Risk Management at Baxter International Inc., where they have worked since 2023 after serving as a Senior Risk Manager from 2020 to 2023. Prior to their tenure at Baxter, Neil held several significant roles, including Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Insurance at United Airlines from 2019 to 2020. They began their career with various positions at Boeing, including Senior Estimating and Pricing Analyst, and also completed an internship at Caterpillar Inc. Neil earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, an MS in Systems Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
