Neil Patel

Neil Patel is a Senior Principal Engineer in R&D - Human Factors at Baxter International Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, where they were recognized with the Student Council Choice Award at the Undergraduate Research Poster Symposium. Neil has held multiple engineering roles at Baxter, including Human Factors Engineer and DHF Remediation Engineer, and previously worked at Hospira as a Design Engineer and at the Purdue University NeuroProstheses Research Laboratory as a Research Assistant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in document management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.
