Nicole Lu is a Principal Quality Engineer at Baxter International Inc., where Nicole has worked since 2023, following her role as a Senior Engineer since 2019. Nicole has experience in cross-functional medical device product development within GXP/QSR environments. Prior to her tenure at Baxter, Nicole held positions as a Material Research Associate at BD from 2016 to 2018, and as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at Roche from 2013 to 2014. Nicole began her career as a Quality Control Intern at Valeo in 2013. Nicole is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering at East China University of Science and Technology.
