Niraj Desai

Niraj Desai is an Operations Leader with 27 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, specializing in molding and tooling, operations excellence, and new product introduction. They have held various positions, including Associate Director at Baxter International Inc. and embecta, where they led the design and launch of complex insulin delivery devices. Niraj's previous roles at Becton & Dickinson and other companies involved significant contributions to product development and capacity expansion projects, earning them a Six Sigma black belt certification. They obtained a Master’s degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
