Nosa Eguae

Nosa Eguae has a diverse background in business and sales, beginning with internships at RS Medical and IMG College in 2013. Nosa served as an Outreach Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Youth for Christ East Alabama from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, Nosa joined Baxter International Inc. as a Blood Optimization Specialist and later became the Cardiac Business Manager for the Midwest, focusing on collaboration and outcome improvement within the cardiac service line. Since January 2020, Nosa has co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of The Prolific Institute, an organization dedicated to enhancing talent acquisition and development for under-resourced individuals. Educational qualifications include attendance at Auburn University from 2009 to 2013.
