Rafal Molas

Rafal Molas is a seasoned management consultant and JDE contractor with extensive experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte & Touche in Poland before moving to BP in the UK. Rafal then served as a JDE Consultant for Baxter Healthcare in various locations and has held roles with increasing responsibility, culminating as a Senior Manager of IT for EMEA at Baxter International Inc. They hold a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development and Rotterdam School of Management.
