Raghavendra Mayya

Raghavendra Mayya is a highly experienced medical affairs professional with over 15 years of expertise in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of Medical Affairs for APAC at Baxter International Inc. since June 2017. Raghavendra has held multiple leadership positions, including Director Medical Affairs for Southeast Asia and South Korea, and has established critical medical affairs functions in various regions. Prior experience includes head roles at Baxalta, where Raghavendra successfully implemented major operational processes and set up medical information teams. Previous roles also encompass positions at Baxter where medical strategy and market development for hemophilia and immunology were prioritized, as well as a medical advisor role at Novo Nordisk and clinical research management at Lupin. Raghavendra holds an MD from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, and an MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute.
