Rich Johnson

Rich Johnson is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in quality management and design assurance. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Design Assurance at Baxter International Inc., Rich leads a variety of quality-related initiatives and oversees design changes and new product development processes. Previously, Rich held roles including Supplier Development Manager at Greatbatch, where comprehensive supplier management processes were implemented, and Quality Manager at several companies, where critical quality functions were developed and managed. Rich holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and has completed master's courses in Applied Quality and Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
