Rich Lewis

Rich Lewis is a manufacturing professional and currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Baxter International Inc., where they are responsible for aseptic IV bag pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Rich has a solid background in Lean Manufacturing, project management, and various engineering disciplines. Previously, Rich held the position of Director of Engineering at EC Manufacturing, providing technical leadership for a startup, and accumulated extensive experience in diverse roles at Novartis Consumer Health, managing significant teams and projects. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southeast Community College.
