Rick Dexter

Rick Dexter is an experienced sales professional with a focus on the medical and industrial sectors. At Baxter International Inc., Rick held various roles including Clinical Sales Account Manager and Associate Account Executive after the integration of Hillrom. Prior to Baxter, Rick worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Ultra Tech Industries and gained sales experience as both a Sales Associate and Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal Company. Currently pursuing a degree in Communication with a focus on Selling Skills and Sales Operations at Bowling Green State University, Rick has developed a strong foundation in sales strategies and client relationship management.
