RJ Towner

RJ Towner is currently the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development for Baxter's Connected Care Group, a position held since 2025. Previously, RJ served as a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences M&A at Deloitte from 2019 to 2021 and held several roles within Baxter International Inc. from 2016 to 2018, including Manager and Senior Analyst in Strategy & M&A. RJ began their career as an Analyst at Morningstar from 2010 to 2012 and later became the Director of Equity Research at Valuentum Securities Inc. after serving there from 2012 to 2013. RJ earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePaul University in 2011.
