Robert Oshgan is the Director of the Plastics & Extrusion Center of Excellence at Baxter International Inc., where they improve team engagement and manage plastics across global business units. Prior to this, Robert served as the Sr. Manager of the Global Plastics Group at Pfizer from 2015 to 2021, managing a team that facilitated cross-functional collaboration and innovative manufacturing strategies. They also held roles at Hospira and Motorola Solutions, where they developed expertise in product development and manufacturing processes. Robert is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
