Roberta (Bobbi) Werner is a seasoned and award-winning technical communicator currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Communication at Baxter International. With extensive experience in the medical device industry, they have mastered various tools such as DITA and FrameMaker, and have proven leadership in several professional organizations, including the STC Executive Board, where they served as Treasurer. Previously, they held managerial and writing roles at Hillrom and Welch Allyn, in addition to being a Professional Writing Instructor at Syracuse University for 17 years.
