Sachinandan Basak is a seasoned Senior R&D Leader with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, specializing in sterile and parenteral development, CMC strategy, and regulatory approvals. Currently serving as the Head of Lifecycle Management at Baxter International Inc., they direct lifecycle strategies for over 60 injectable molecules, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Sachinandan has previously held key roles at Pfizer, Hospira Healthcare, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they led the optimization of parenteral formulations and product lifecycles. They are presently pursuing a Ph.D. in injectable formulation innovation and lifecycle management at Parul University while maintaining an active interest in shaping the future of R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
