Scott Kaplan

Scott Kaplan is currently the Head of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Patient Safety at Baxter International Inc., where they lead a team focusing on product quality and patient protection. Previously, Scott served as a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP and held various roles at Baxter International Inc., including Deputy General Counsel - Regulatory. Scott’s experience also includes positions at the U.S. Court of Appeals, the FDA, and Hyde Park Communications, along with a solid educational background with a J.D. and an M. Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
