Shawn Earle

Shawn Earle is a Manager of Product Quality with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Having served as a Senior Project Engineer at Intertek from 1995 to 2001, Shawn performed product safety evaluations and electromagnetic compatibility testing. Since 2001, Shawn has worked as a Senior Principal Engineer at Baxter International Inc., where they are a subject matter expert in design control, risk management, usability engineering, and software life cycle processes, among other areas. Shawn is also a certified Reliability and Robustness Engineer and serves as the Chair for the Reliability and Robustness Council. They hold degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Business Administration and Management from reputable institutions.
