Srinivas Koneru

Srinivas Koneru currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Transformation & Procurement Center of Excellence at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities include driving the transformation of Procurement into a global, centralized, strategic, and data-driven function. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain Center of Excellence at Adient, focusing on process excellence and digitalization, and leading the Procurement and Analytics team which achieved significant cost savings. Additional roles at Harman International involved promoting a unified procurement strategy and delivering substantial ROI, while past experience at Infosys, ZF Group, and Valeo Engine Cooling contributed to expertise in procurement processes and systems. Srinivas holds a Master’s in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Walsh College, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
