Steve Fay

Steve Fay is a qualified Veterinary Surgeon who has accumulated over 20 years of leadership experience in technical, sales and marketing, and general management roles across animal health, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. They began their career as a Veterinary Surgeon at Nantwich Veterinary Surgeons from 1995 to 1999, and later held various positions at Pfizer, including Senior Product Manager for both Animal Health and HIV. Steve further advanced their career at Baxter Healthcare, initially serving as Head of Marketing for Renal before assuming the role of Country Lead and Head of Integrated Care Solutions for Baxter UK and Ireland in 2019, a position they currently hold. They earned a BVetMed degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, from 1990 to 1995.
