Taylor Gustaveson

Taylor Gustaveson is currently a Manufacturing Strategy Manager at Baxter Healthcare, having previously served as an Operational Excellence Supervisor II and Digital Transformation Manager within the company. With a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives, Taylor has led projects to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Taylor started their career in the Operations Development Program, where they took on roles as a Quality Auditor, Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, making significant contributions to process improvements and cost savings. Taylor earned a B.S. in Bioengineering with a concentration in Biomaterials from Clemson University.
