Thon Lin Ler

Thon Lin Ler is a Digital Transformation Lead at Baxter International Inc., where they focus on driving innovative changes within the organization. Previously, Thon served as Manager of Digital Transformation at Eco World Development Group Berhad, where they digitized sales processes and sought continuous improvement for cost efficiency. Earlier in their career, Thon held various roles at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, managing product development and marketing in the direct banking and cash management sectors. Thon also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto while earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Toronto at Mississauga.
