Tim Kingsford

Tim Kingsford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning innovation and technology, currently serving as Associate Director at Baxter International Inc. since December 2004. In this role, Tim leads a team focused on enhancing sales force capabilities through strategic training management and digital transformation. Previous roles at Baxter include Senior Manager of Learning Innovation & Operations and Sales Training Manager, where Tim developed technology-based solutions for training and transitioned content delivery to on-demand formats.
