Tim Verdonck

Tim Verdonck is an Extractables and Leachables expert at Baxter R&D Europe, currently serving as a subject matter expert focused on medical products and therapies. Previously, Tim worked as a Study Director for Extractables and Leachables at Nelson Labs, where they gained extensive knowledge in regulatory requirements for drug product containers and medical devices. Tim holds a PhD in Chemistry from Ghent University, where they conducted an industry-oriented research project in collaboration with OCAS. Additionally, they have been actively involved in the ELSIE consortium, contributing to major challenges across the industry.
