Tom Bakas

Tom Bakas serves as the Head of Customer Experience for Pharmaceuticals at Baxter International Inc., having started in September 2023. Previously, Bakas held the role of Senior Director of Corporate FP&A at Baxter and was the VP of Data Products at Bluesight, where responsibility included managing P&L for a new business line. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Global Strategy at Baxter, where a focus was on driving cultural and business transformation, and Associate Vice President at Piper Jaffray, where investment analysis and financial modeling were key responsibilities. Bakas began a career at Geneva Trading as a Trader and holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
