Tom Sayer

Tom Sayer is an experienced project manager currently serving as Project Manager in R&D at Baxter International Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Project Manager at Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services, where focus was on the WinPath upgrade from December 2022 to January 2024. With a background that includes consulting roles at Cignpost Diagnostics, Capco, and PA Consulting, as well as military experience as an Army Officer from September 2012 to February 2020, Tom brings a diverse skill set to project management. Tom began their career as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Alere Toxicology plc. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Open University and a Biochemistry Hons BSc from the University of Warwick, along with additional qualifications in leadership and management from the Chartered Management Institute and the Association for Project Management.
