Tushar Das is a versatile and commercially-minded leader with extensive expertise in human resources, change management, and business transformation across various sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Med-Tech/Pharma. Tushar held numerous roles at Sobeys from 2009 to 2013, culminating in the position of National Director for Organizational Capabilities & Change Management. More recently, Tushar has served as the Director of Global Organizational Design & Transformation at Baxter International Inc., overseeing critical organizational initiatives.
