Vaani Kodali

Vaani Kodali currently serves as Vice President of Global Marketing at Baxter International Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vaani was the Principal and Founder of Irida Consulting LLC, where advisory services were offered to healthcare executives on various strategic initiatives from December 2022 to April 2023. Vaani’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Dentsply Sirona and membership within Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women's leadership. Vaani held multiple positions at Hillrom, including Executive Director of Global Marketing, and was previously a Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Additional experiences include corporate finance at S.C. Johnson & Son Company and consulting at Deloitte Consulting. Vaani holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
