Vanessa Bryson

Vanessa Bryson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering roles within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Engineer in Design Assurance at Baxter International Inc. since January 2022, Vanessa previously held positions as a Principal Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at Hillrom, focusing on post-market surveillance. Prior to Hillrom, Vanessa worked as a Quality Manager & QMR at Novanta Inc. and accumulated valuable experience in supplier quality and internal audits at Welch Allyn. Vanessa's career began as a Product Development Engineer at Biomet and includes a foundational role as an Engineering Intern at Welch Allyn. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
