Vivian Chang currently serves as the Head of BU for ITT & Pharma at 百特 since February 2025. Prior to this role, Vivian held the position of Director in the Marketing Division at Sysmex Corporation from August 2020 to February 2025. From June 2016 to April 2018, Vivian was the General Manager for Taiwan & Hong Kong at Shire, and previously served as the Country Head for Taiwan & Hong Kong at Baxalta from January 2015 to June 2016. Vivian's extensive experience at Baxter International Inc. spanned from May 2001 to December 2014, where roles included Business Unit Director and Sr. Product Specialist/Manager. Vivian began a career in product support at Biocheck as a Product Support Supervisor from August 1996 to April 2001. Vivian earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from National Taiwan University.
