Wendy Kollross

Wendy Kollross, DNP, MBA, RN, CENP, is the Senior Director of the Clinical Center of Excellence at Baxter Healthcare, a position they have held since 2019. In this role, Wendy leads a team of nursing and pharmacy experts to enhance product experiences for healthcare customers while collaborating with various departments to deliver clinical programs and services. Previously, they held multiple quality-focused roles at Baxter from 2006 to 2009 and served as Director of Patient Care Services at Rush North Shore Medical Center from 1990 to 2003. Wendy's educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
