Prior to this role, Will held the position of Senior Manager of Environmental Operations at Motorola from October 2004 to December 2015. Will's career began at UL, where the role of Engineering Team Leader was held from 1997 to 2004. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1997.
