William Phipps

William Phipps is a Senior Principal Engineer R&D at Baxter, specializing in systems-level verification and validation. They have extensive experience in medical devices, particularly hospital beds, as well as automotive safety systems, including airbags and seat belts. Previously, William held various engineering roles at companies like Rapid Design Service, Delphi, and Hill-Rom, where they led verification and validation efforts for multiple medical device projects. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton.
