Simon Webb

Simon Webb is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Group Culinary Lead and Executive Chef at BaxterStorey since December 2021, Simon previously held positions as a Freelance Chef for the English National Culinary Team from February 2020 to December 2021, Executive Chef at Roslin Beach Hotel from November 2018 to January 2020, and Head Chef at Seven Hotel Southend-on-Sea from December 2017 to November 2018. Prior to these roles, Simon contributed as Head Chef at Restaurant Associates UK from January 2016 to November 2017. Simon's culinary journey began with education at Fitzwimarc from 1990 to 1996.
