Unity Monaghan

Unity Monaghan is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in management and culinary roles. Currently serving as General Manager at BaxterStorey since June 2021, Unity has also held positions such as Service Manager and Operations Support Manager within the same company. Previous experience includes working as Assistant Manager at BaxterStorey, Duty Manager at Patisserie Valerie Limited, and Assistant Manager at Concept Banqueting Ltd. Early career experience features roles as a Pastry Chef at Citation Taverne and Restaurant and Stravaigin Restaurant, as well as an Assistant Chef during the British Golf Open in 2015. Unity holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University and an HND in Professional Cookery from City of Glasgow College.
