Douglas Moore

Douglas Moore is currently serving as the County Commissioner for District IV at the Bay County Board of County Commissioners and is the Principal Owner of The Panhandle Group, LLC, where they focus on receivership, business consulting, real estate, and legal services. Prior to these roles, Douglas was the Senior Vice President at Ameris Bank from 2013 to 2017. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business from 1992 to 1995.
