Abdul Mannan

Abdul Mannan is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Executive Engineer at Bay Developments Ltd. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Abdul worked with SINOHYDRO CORPORATION LIMITED from February 2018 to February 2022, starting as a site engineer in the cast in situ bored pile sector and progressing to road construction supervision and documentation.
