Bay Learning Academy is a non-profit alternative education provider supporting young people and adults through inclusive, trauma-informed practice and personalised learning pathways, on commissioned face-to-face and online-learning placements. Placements include Core Studies (English, Maths, Science & PSHE), Vocational Studies (Health & Social Care, Hospitality & Tourism, Sport and Employability), Post 16 for EHCP Learners, Adult Education and Exams-only pathways. We work with schools, local authorities, and partner organisations to improve engagement, behaviour, attendance, and learner wellbeing. 

Our CPD outreach support and resources focus on classroom practice, inclusion, restraint reduction and deescalation relational approaches that enable education staff to better support learners.
