Bob Sharp

Bob Sharp has over 29 years of experience in production and operations management. At Bay Logistics, Inc. since September 2014, Bob has managed a second shift production team, established an efficient Kitting area, and developed a Training and Metrics program while enhancing supervisory skills among team leaders. Prior to this, from October 1994 to September 2014, Bob served as a Senior Operations Supervisor at Archway Marketing Services, overseeing multiple accounts and managing production and fulfillment processes. Bob was recognized for turning around challenged accounts and training new supervisors to meet client expectations.
