Jon Thompson

Jon Thompson has extensive work experience in the industrial and operations field. jon began their career in 1994 as an I&E General Foreman at Brown & Root, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, they joined IES as a Project Superintendent and continued in that role until 2011. At Bay Ltd., Jon held various roles including Project Manager from 2011 to 2017, Site Manager from 2017 to 2019, Area Manager from 2019 to 2021, I&E Division Director from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations & Industrial Services since 2023.

Jon Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a certificate in Instrumentation Technology/Technician at Lee College from 2000 to 2002.
