Bay Wealth Management was founded in 2003 by Adrian Meistre as a holistic and independent wealth management and financial services provider. At Bay Wealth Management we believe in building a long term professional relationship of trust with our clients. Our strategy is based on formulating an understandable and focused financial plan. Once the financial planning footprint has been laid we assist in managing and allocating assets according to an agreed risk profile or mandate.

During 2008, Bay Wealth Management entered into a strategic partnership with national company StoneHouse Capital (Pty) Ltd. StoneHouse Capital is an independent private equity company funded by the Standard Bank and Liberty Group based in Johannesburg. StoneHouse Capital invests in and partners with leading independent financial planning practices countrywide and this initiative started in Port Elizabeth. 

During 2019, Bay Wealth Management and StoneHouse Capital mutually agreed to end its strategic partnership in order for Bay Wealth Management to be able to continue operating as an independent wealth management and financial services business within the framework of newly enacted legislation (RDR).
