Jay Rowe

Jay Rowe has worked in the environmental field since 2005. Jay began their career as an Environmental Intern at International Paper in 2005, then worked as an EPA START at Wenck Associates, Inc. in the same year. In 2006, they took on the role of Field Technician at Terracon, as well as Project Manager/Scientist II at AECOM. Since 2014, they have been employed at Bay West LLC as a Project Manager/Team Leader.

Jay Rowe's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Studies from Saint Cloud State University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Normandale Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Liberal Arts degree in General Studies. In addition, Jay has obtained several certifications, including Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) from IHMM in October 2020, Certified DHS Asbestos Inspector from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in January 2016, Certified MDH Asbestos Inspector from the Minnesota Department of Health in January 2016, and Lead Risk Assessor from the Minnesota Department of Health.
