Bay2Bay Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free online tutoring for K–12 students across the Bay Area. Our organization is comprised of high school and college volunteers striving to make a positive difference in the community.

Our approach is built on three core pillars:
1) Personalized Learning: Every student learns differently. That’s why we offer small group sessions paired with one-on-one feedback to support individual learning styles, academic goals, and pace.
2) Design Thinking: We use a unique curriculum based on design thinking methodology to encourage students to think critically and solve problems. Our curriculum is rooted in the California common core standards.
3) Mentorship: Beyond tutoring, our team provides mentorship and guidance to help students navigate their academic journey. Whether it’s choosing classes, thinking about college, or building confidence, our tutors are here to provide holistic support to students.
