Lal Kumar

Lal Kumar is currently the Director of Engineering at Baya Systems, where they lead engineering initiatives. With extensive experience in metric-driven functional verification for IPs, subsystems, and SOCs, they are proficient in industry-standard methodologies including eRM, VMM, OVM, and UVM. Previously, Lal held roles at various companies, including Verification Engineer at Innovium Inc., and PMTS at AMD, where they managed teams for pre-silicon and post-silicon verification. Lal holds an M.Sc. in Electronics & Communication from Sri Krishna Devaraya University and an MS in Microelectronics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
