Ally O'Neal

Ally O'Neal is the National Director of Veteran Services at BAYADA and a multi-award-winning end-of-life expert. A retired U.S. Army veteran, they have built a career as a dedicated hospice professional and certified hospice administrator, focusing on death, dying, bereavement, crisis intervention, and trauma support. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Death, Dying, and Bereavement, Ally actively engages in advocacy for veterans through various professional and volunteer roles. Their commitment to healthcare and veteran advocacy is driven by a desire to inspire social change and foster compassionate communities.
